CHOCOLATE BROWNIE

INGREDIENTS:

200 g fondant chocolate
4 eggs
90 g butter or margarine
30 g sugar

To serve on the plate, we have chosen to decorate it with some fresh strawberries, but it can equally be accompanied by a ball of red fruit ice-cream or hot chocolate.

PREPARATION:

  1. We cut up the chocolate and melt it in the microwave with the butter until it is totally liquid and we put it aside.
  2. We beat the egg whites with the sugar, but not until they are stiff.
  3. We pour the egg yolks onto the whites and then we add the chocolate and butter mixture, mixing it well until we get a homogeneous dough.
  4. We now have the dough and we just have to pour it into a special oven mould and put it into the oven for 25 minutes, at 180º.
  5. We only have to carefully take it out of the mould and put it on a plate.
