- We cut up the chocolate and melt it in the microwave with the butter until it is totally liquid and we put it aside.
- We beat the egg whites with the sugar, but not until they are stiff.
- We pour the egg yolks onto the whites and then we add the chocolate and butter mixture, mixing it well until we get a homogeneous dough.
- We now have the dough and we just have to pour it into a special oven mould and put it into the oven for 25 minutes, at 180º.
- We only have to carefully take it out of the mould and put it on a plate.
