STRAWBERRY AND BANANA MILKSHAKE

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION:

  1. The first thing we have to do is peel and cut up the bananas, wash the strawberries and cut off the tails
  2. We put the fruit into the blender, we add the milk and beat it all together, adding sugar to taste.
  3. Once the mixture is smooth, it will be ready to serve!

CHOCOLATE BROWNIE

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION:

  1. We cut up the chocolate and melt it in the microwave with the butter until it is totally liquid and we put it aside.
  2. We beat the egg whites with the sugar, but not until they are stiff.
  3. We pour the egg yolks onto the whites and then we add the chocolate and butter mixture, mixing it well until we get a homogeneous dough.
  4. We now have the dough and we just have to pour it into a special oven mould and put it into the oven for 25 minutes, at 180º.
  5. We only have to carefully take it out of the mould and put it on a plate.

REFRESHING LEMONADE

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION:

  1. To make the syrup we put the water and the sugar in a pan and heat it until the sugar has melted, and then put it aside.
  2. We squeeze the lemons and we mix the juice with the syrup. Then we add the litre of water.
  3. We put it all in a jug and leave it in the fridge for the lemonade to cool. And now we can serve it!!!
